Sesame Ginger Chicken

Did you ever think that you would find an easy delicious recipe of your favorite meal at a Chinese restaurant? Well, this is it! This sesame ginger chicken dish is perfect for a meal any time of day, or for making your family's mouths water while you make it. It is a great meal to kick off summer! I hope you enjoy!

1 pound cooked chicken
4 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Sesame Ginger Sauce:
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 cup cooked brown rice, for serving

In a bowl, mix together the cornstarch, garlic, ginger, maple syrup, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, and rice wine vinegar. Keep aside. In a big pan, add the oil, and wait until heated. Add the broccoli florets and cook until tender. Once cooked, add in the chicken and sauce. Mix together until completely covered. Once it is finished, it is ready to serve! Enjoy!
