Salsa Verde
If you loved our regular salsa recipe, then this one will blow your mind! For this salsa, you don't have to go through the hassle of boiling the salsa. It is an easy recipe that leaves you with a delicious bowl of salsa either to serve with some nachos or to snack on with a bag of chips. I hope you enjoy this recipe!

Ingredients:
1/2 pound tomatillos
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 jalapeños
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp onion
1 1/2 tbsp salt

Procedure:
In a blender, add all the ingredients and pulse until it has a coarse mixture, depending if you like your salsa smooth or chunky.
