Rosemary Egg Bake



This recipe is perfect for a holiday brunch with friends and family, or to be enjoyed by yourself on a leisurely morning. The rosemary adds a delightful touch and fills your home with a lovely aroma. This recipe represents the start of the holiday season sprinkled with fun and festivities.


Serves 4-6

8-10 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
3-4 chicken sausages, sliced
Sprigs of rosemary
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 350F. First, whisk together all the eggs, then add the cream and milk and whisk again. Pour into a 9-inch by 11-inch rectangular baking pan. Add the salt, then add the sliced sausages into the pan. Top it off with desired amount of cheese. Add rosemary on top. It adds an amazing aroma to the dish. Bake for 35-40 mins and until golden brown. And enjoy!
