Panna Cotta
Have you ever heard of Panna Cotta? You probably have, but maybe you have thought it was one of the recipes that take up your whole day just to make a bite-sized portion. Luckily for you, this is not that kind of recipe. If you decide to make this, you chose the right recipe to make. Simple, but delicious. Jazzed up with some raspberries, you can make a show-stopper. I hope you enjoy this recipe!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup hot water
2 packets gelatin powder
1/2 gallon heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
4 heap tbsp
desired amount of raspberries
Procedure:
In a bowl, mix together the hot water and the 2 gelatin packets. Make sure there a no clumps while disolving. In a large saucepan bring the heavy cream to a rolling boil on medium heat. Be careful of the cream rising to the top of the pan. When this happens, turn off the heat. Pour in gelatin liquid and stir. Add the vanilla and stir. Pour the mixture into small bowls or ramekins. We used 25 plastic cups for serving. Let this mixture cool and then put in the refrigerator to cool overnight. We topped it with fresh raspberries, which really adds to delicious creamy flavor.
