Greek Chicken
This Greek chicken is absolutely delicious and extremely simple. You just need a few ingredients to execute it, and it will turn out amazing. If you want to elevate the dish, you can make your own spice mix to replace the Italian seasoning. I hope you enjoy this recipe!

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into large pieces
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup olive oil
zest and juice of one lemon
4 garlic cloves, minced
2-3 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
few sprigs of rosemary






Procedure:
Once your chicken is prepared, grease your baking tray with olive oil. In a separate container, mix together the chicken pieces, sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, seasoning, and fresh herbs until it coats the chicken pieces evenly. Let sit for 1-2 hours. Bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes and check to make sure the chicken is fully cooked.
