Enchilada Sauce Recipe

This enchilada sauce is absolutely delicious. It is meant to be paired alongside the vegetarian or chicken fajitas, but it will complement any Mexican dish that you choose to make. I hope you love this sauce as much as I do!

Ingredients:
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt to taste
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 cups vegetable broth.
1 tsp white vinegar
Procedure:
In a small bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. Place this along with the tomato sauce and vegetable broth near the stove. On medium heat, add the vegetable oil to a small pot. Once the oil is hot, add the spice mixture and mix together until it forms a paste. Once ready, add in the tomato sauce and mix. Once mixed, add in the vegetable broth and mix until there are no more clumps. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Shut the heat once cooked and add the vinegar. Now you have some delicious enchilada sauce!
