Black Bean and Cheese Burrito

Ingredients:
2 14. oz can of black beans (or 1 can of 29oz)
1 packet of cheese
1/2 tbsp Trader Joe's taco seasoning
1 tsp salt
10 soft flour taco shells


 

 

 

 

Procedure:
Wash and drain the black beans and transfer to a bowl. Add the taco seasoning and salt to the beans and mix together. Add a large spoonful of beans to the center of the burrito and top with cheese. To fold the burrito, fold in the left and right sides of the shell and tightly roll up the excess skin. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes if you plan to make a bunch for lunch or dinner!
