It is absolutely perfect for any holiday celebration, and of course, it is absolutely delicious. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 medium-sized apples, thinly sliced
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp amaretto
3 tbsp apricot preserves
1 pie crust, thawed
For the crumble-
1
/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cold butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup rolled oats

Procedure:
In a bowl, mix the apple slices, lemon juice, melted butter, 1 tsp salt, and amaretto. Once mixed, lay the slices on a baking tray with foil. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. In the meantime, in a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cold butter, 1/4 tsp salt, and cinnamon. Use a pastry cutter or masher, or your hands. Mix until it is the consistency of cookie dough. Fold in the rolled oats. Once the apples are cooked, let them cool. Put the thawed pie crust in a pie dish and bake according to the box. Once baked, spread the apricot preserves on the bottom of the pie crust. Layer the apples on the pie crust. Then crumble the rolled outs mix on top. Bake for 25-30 more minutes at 350°F and then your apple crumble pie is ready to be eaten!
