Baked Salmon

This recipe is super simple and perfect for when you don't have a lot of time to cook. On top of that, it is delicious! It is great for when you have to cook for many people because you can easily increase the amount of salmon that you are working with. I hope you enjoy this recipe!

Serves 6

Ingredients:
3-4 cloves of garlic

Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary, at least use 2 out of these three)

3 Lemons

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil

Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 375° F. Line the foil with cooking oil spray (or just put cooking oil and spread it on the tray if you don’t have a spray). Put a few slices of thinly cut lemon and add fresh herbs like parsley and basil ( you can use thyme or rosemary as well). Place the salmon on the lemon slices. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Rub to coat, then add garlic cloves over the top. Lay the remaining herbs and lemon slices on top of the salmon. Juice the second lemon, then pour the juice over the top. Fold the foil up enclosing salmon and bake for 15-20 minutes. Do not let the salmon dry up and make sure the middle of the thickest part of the salmon is fully baked.
